Please first take out the handset cord and connect the handset to the VoIP phone. You can find the port on the left side of the IP phone, marked with a phone icon

The stand has two sets of clips, corresponding to 15° and 45° installation angles. We recommend using the 45° angle for desktop and the 15° angle for wall mounting

Fix two appropriate screws on the wall. Leave 1/4 distance from the wall. It allows you to slide the mounting brackets on to the screws. You can find grooves on the back of the phone to manage the cables when wall mounting

Quick SIP Registration (From the LCD Screen)

Important: This approach is more suitable for beginners with no prior knowledge.

Step 1. Press the “Home” button.

Step 2. Use the “up” and “down” navigation keys or enter the number 6 to 6. Advanced Settings, you need to enter the login password.

Step 3. Go to 1. Accounts.

Step 4. Select the line to register and fill in the relevant configuration as indicated by the LCD.

Step 5. Press the Save soft key to save the current configuration.

Step 6. Check the registration status of the corresponding line on the screen.

Pay attention: If your service provider/PBX is not listed, please check compatibility with us

After the first successful configuration, there is no need to reconfigure after a power failureIf the sound quality is not clear, there are current sounds, noises, etc., this is an abnormal situation for our products, we can arrange a specialized engineer to testAs some SIP providers have special configuration methods, please contact our engineers
