Rumina’s doesn’t have a hole directly over the nipple.
Why is that important?
Because you don’t have a seam rubbing on a sensitive part of the breasts and without the extra layers, your nipple could show through the hole. 
How does Rumina’s design work?
Instead of the hole directly over the nipple Rumina has placed the hole at the very top so there isn’t any risk of your nipples showing through and no rubbing. You simply pull down to insert the flange. Plus you don’t have to move your breast tissue around to fit the holes, you position the flange to your unique body.
What’s important to know?
The adjustable strap is the key to decreasing and increasing support. Because the hole is at the very top, we recommend decreasing the strap all the way to insert the flange and position to your unique nipple location. Once positioned then increase the strap to your desired support.
